Baiting me into continuing this dialogue.
2008 didn't matter whether I could pre-fish or not. This is getting a bit off track here.
I had to post a message on the board to see what the mystery lake was as I was not at the last tournament. (river and heading to Green Bay). Those who were knew what the lake selection was. I didn't until a post was responded to by Joel.
I then see I'm in the top 20 and figure I made the cut and another member also posted back to me looks like you're in, congrats.
Shortly thereafter Joel posted who made the cut. I was not on that list. A deadline was given of Sunday, 7 days before the tournament to let Joel whether you are in or not. Heard or saw nothing Monday. Firgure, it must have filled. I told my son we're going to the Vikes game together Sunday. Either late Tuesday or Wednesday, I think it might have been Wednesday, Joel posted it is open to whomever. Too late for me, can't back out on plans with my son.
Whew, tired of exhausting this.

Looks like the mystery TOC is the popular choice

Based on what a 4-1 for those who post? Don't worry I called the Franken camp and they have some hidden votes for no mystery lake in their pocket which I will employ at the last minute.

Well at least this is more interesting than catching up on emails at work...If the Mystery was selected out of a hat from several choices and not based on any other circustances, it sounds fair and fun. Too often there is no level of trust within group and therefore the foul ball is called.
