I have all permits, but 1, still working on that lake.
05/28/09 - Pelican - Just the usual conditions.
06/11/09 - Gull Lake Chain - Usual conditions.
06/25/09 - Whitefish Chain - Fish should not be released in the mooring area. They should be released in the lake proper. All smallmouth bass must be released in Big Trout Lake. There should be no pre-empting by placing golf balls on smallmouth bass nests.
07/09/09 - Mississippi River/Rice Lake - Boat speed and physical disturbance to banks from waves is causing erosion along with complaints annually of speeding boats. Tournament participants should practice speed reduction and use courtesy to non-tournament boaters. Tournament officials must pay special attention to condition #3 on reverse side of this permit. Rice Lake and Mississippi River are infested with zebra mussels tournament officials are to ensure participants clean their equipment.
